At Camping Le Séquoia, we strive to welcome every guest in the best possible conditions. Our campsite is located in a natural setting in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, on hilly terrain. Some areas are easily accessible, while others may present challenges due to slopes, surface types, or the layout of the site.

Access to the Campsite and Parking
Camping Le Séquoia has a designated parking space for guests with reduced mobility, located close to the restaurant in the heart of the campsite. This area provides convenient access to the main facilities, including the restaurant, grocery shop, entertainment area and aquatic complex.
For rental accommodation, parking is generally located close to your accommodation. Some areas have a different layout, including the Sunêlia Luxe neighbourhood, which is pedestrian-only. In this case, parking is available nearby but not directly outside the accommodation.
The campsite is located in Payrac, in the Lot region of France. The nearest train stations are Gourdon and Souillac, both approximately 12 km away.
The campsite's main roads are paved, making movement easier along key routes. However, some secondary paths are covered with gravel or natural surfaces. As the campsite is built on a hillside, certain areas may be sloped or uneven.

Reception and Welcome
Access to reception is via a small flight of steps. There is currently no access ramp, although handrails are available to assist guests.
Due to this layout, access may be difficult for wheelchair users. However, our team is always available to assist, provide information or come to meet you if required.
Upon arrival, we can also guide you to your accommodation or pitch to help make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Reception is equipped with a hearing assistance system for guests with hearing impairments.
Accommodation and Camping Pitches
At present, Camping Le Séquoia does not have any accommodation specifically designed for guests with reduced mobility. Our rental accommodations are not equipped with accessible bathrooms, wheelchair-accessible terraces or fully adapted facilities.
Some accommodations may nevertheless be easier to access than others, with fewer steps or a more central location within the campsite. For this reason, we strongly recommend contacting us before booking so that we can help you find the most suitable option.
Camping Pitches
The camping pitches are spread across a natural landscape with varying levels and gradients depending on their location. All pitches are grass pitches and are accessible by car.
Some pitches are located on gentle slopes, while others are situated closer to the heart of the campsite in flatter, more easily accessible areas. Certain pitches are also located close to the sanitary facilities and can be reached without using steps.
For guests with reduced mobility or those looking for additional comfort, we particularly recommend our Luxe Pitches with private sanitary facilities. Our Luxe Plus Pitches, located close to reception and the restaurant, offer an even more convenient location in a flatter area of the campsite and include private sanitary facilities, a fridge and a plancha grill.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the campsite. For hygiene and safety reasons, they are not permitted within the bathing areas, including the swimming pools and lagoon.
Adapted Shared Sanitary Facilities
The campsite has two shared sanitary blocks adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
These facilities include:
- Spacious toilets
- Grab rails
- A larger adapted shower
- Sufficient space for wheelchair manoeuvring
An adapted toilet and shower facility is also available within the aquatic area, providing convenient access while enjoying the swimming pools.
Please note that toilets located next to the lagoon require the use of steps and are relatively small in size, which can make movement inside difficult. These facilities are therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
All adapted facilities are located within the campsite's shared communal areas.
Please note that rental accommodations do not include private adapted sanitary facilities.

Camping Le Séquoia offers an aquatic area with swimming pools, waterslides, a paddling pool, spa and lagoon, as well as a variety of services and entertainment for families.

The Prestige Chalet may be suitable for guests with reduced mobility who have a degree of independence. While it is not a fully adapted accessible accommodation, it offers several practical advantages, including a location close to the restaurant, entertainment area and reception, easy parking nearby, a large outdoor area and double doors that can be opened fully to create a wider entrance.
Please note that there is a small step at the chalet entrance, and the bathroom is relatively compact, which may limit movement or manoeuvring space for some mobility equipment.
