A visit not to be missed!
This famous flour mill is located in the Ouysse valley between Payrac and Rocamadour, and you can take a walk along the banks of the Alzou as far as Lacave.
The tour is led by Hubert, a native of the Lot who will give you a wonderful introduction to the area.
You can even take away a small bag of flour to make excellent cakes or crêpes.
